NO SHOW / CANCELLATION POLICY

Unfortunately, due to the increasing number of no shows and last minute cancellations, we are updating our policy.

If you know you will be unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please call or email our office at least 24 business hours prior to your appointment time.

Failure to keep an appointment or call at least 24 business hours in advance to reschedule/cancel, will result in a
no show/cancellation fee of $50. On the second occurrence, you will be required to prepay for the appointment. When the appointment is kept, the money will be applied to your invoice. If the appointment is not kept, the money will be forfeited.

If you miss three appointments, we will no longer schedule appointments for your pet and terminate our client-patient relationship.

We have cancellation lists for both new clients and established clients. This means when you do have to reschedule, it will be
several weeks before we can get you back in.

Given adequate notice, we can fill these empty slots. We ask that everyone be respectful of the doctor’s and other clients’ time.
